Good breakfast with plenty of fruit available. Friendly staff. Nice to be told of the history of the place. There was a street fair going on in town, so we avoided the noise of that by coming to this quiet suburb.

Clean room, comfortable bed, lovely staff, the hotel was very charming, and the best thing was that the receptionist was actually a beautiful puppy haha, I would definitely come back! Also it’s really close to Sandringham

The location is beautiful. In a picturesque country village that has many duck ponds! Our room looked out over the village green and the church. So clean and tidy. Great interior design. Very relaxing. Food in the gastropub was really good and the staff were fantastic

We stated we would try to aim to pop in to collect keys after the wedding
The gentleman stated he was in all-day
We left it after the wedding to go to B&B
He left a message to say he was in and wasn't back in until after 22.15 pm
So we couldn't get in
S o wasted £80

As we were visiting Sandringham the location was perfect. It was literally a two minute drive to either of the two main car parks near Sandringham House. Gwen provided us with an excellent full English breakfast on both mornings and our room
was exactly as described on the website. We were on the first floor at the front of the house in a bedroom with both a double and a single bed. Our private bathroom was across the landing and dressing gowns were provided to protect our modesty. The property has a narrow driveway at the side for off-road parking for visitors. Around a 100 yards away is the Feathers Hotel which we visited twice for evening meals. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Nothing was too much trouble for Gwen (and her very friendly dog) and we would happily recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near Sandringham or the surrounding area. Thank you Gwen and we hope to visit you again in the future.
For all you runners there is a well attended park run every Saturday morning that starts near the kids play area near the car parks. A nice way to start the day !

The Ffolkes have revamped the old traditional pub with bright bold colours and quirky artwork which gives a relaxed, upbeat vibe. Our room with an outside bath and private courtyard wasn't what you'd expect from a little Norfolk village which made the stay feel very special. The 'help yourself' breakfast and cavery were also great, although one of the kitchen takeovers nights felt a little limiting as you could only have Mexican, but the idea behind it is good. I'd highly recommend staying here either with or without children. They're also planning hot tub cabins which sound really good. Thanks for reading! That's all Ffolkes!

A lovely house in a quiet, rural location and the owners are very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and the bed is large and comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast which is cooked and presented beautifully.
We have previously visited Linden run by a lovely couple Mike & Sue. They are so accommodating and welcoming. Linden is a lovely property set in a beautiful location ideal for visiting North Norfolk and its many attractions. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, the breakfast has a good choice of well prepared food and it has great parking. We will not hesitate visiting again.
Covid precautions were good. Staff in all areas did an excellent job. Very friendly and helpful. Best assets.
Nice character hotel. Mealwise Only had breakfast as we were out and about, but nice quality eat as much as you like. Continental safely help yourself and full English served to plate plenty of choice. Shower was good, nice and hot and powerful.
The room was quite contemporary , very clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. What more could you need!
Every single member of staff we came into contact with were happy, polite, friendly and above all really helpful!!!
we really enjoyed our stay at the Ffolkes Arms Hotel and I’m sure we will be back for another stay sometime in the future.
Only reason we were unable to have bed type request was due to renovations at the hotel. We loved our stay, the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.
The room was good value. Dinner ('Kitchen takeover' Tex Mex) was overall very good, as was the brunch buffet - plentiful, varied and nicely staffed. The location is good for visiting The Wash and Norfolk coast, bird watching etc.
The staff and the room was excellent we stayed at a Hilton hotel Bournemouth recently and believe me the room was ten times better I know I shouldn’t mention other hotels I got my money returned it was that bad
The Feast food was delicious and it was great to sit in the hotel and eat it
The staff were all very friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them
