The Hotel reception staff were so helpful, took us through everything at check-in including how to register our car in their car park.
We received 2 free drink vouchers which was unexpected but great. Our room was fab, clean, comfortable with a river view. Breakfast was buffet type, plenty choice and really nice. Again the staff were so helpful and curtious
Great location, the Copthorne Hotel is literally on the doorstep to The Sage, sightseeing and excellent pubs and reasturants on Newcastle Quayside. we would definitely reccomend it and stay again.

I travelled for a gig at the glasshouse (safe) and the hotels is only 5 minutes walk away, the staff were very helpful

Shower very good although old. Bed clean & comfortable. Nice scampi & chips in bar - portion a little small for my husband though. Lovely bartender.
