Nice , clean, comfortable and well decorated rooms. Friendly staff and good location near M1 junction 31.
On the A619, just off junction 30 of the M1 motorway, the hotel makes a great base from which to visit the Peak District, Sheffield and Nottinghamshire, with free parking and comfortable en suite...
It was on the Southside of the M1....we didn’t know that...
It was on the Southside of the M1....we didn’t know that originally...as we were travelling north we had to go up to junction 31 and back down the other side! We were in room 009 executive double..we were at the back on the ground floor....with the widows open it was super noisy as it backs onto the onslip of the motorway. The room was big, clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and the teabags were plentiful.

Fantastic value for money.
Fantastic value for money. The hotel is next to motorway services so there are lots of options for food/meals. The staff were amazing. Soo friendly and welcoming. My room was very warm. I went to reception and requested a fan. They got me one straight away. I took my dog with me. I am always wary of pet friendly hotels, due to dogs shedding hairs and the smell etc. (I am allergic to any dogs that shed hairs). I needn't have worried. My room was spotlessly clean and no smell of pooches. I had the best nights sleep ever. The bed was soo comfy. I will definately be returning again. A huge well done to all the staff for making mine and my pooch, Alfie's stay brilliant.
We were returning home from Scotland and this hotel in one of the service stations along the motorway suited very well the break in our journey. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The bedroom and the bathroom were very clean and spacious with plenty of storage space and the double bed was very comfortable. As the hotel is at the back of the service station, we did not hear much noise coming from the motorway. This is a very nice hotel and it is highly recommended.
The room was very clean, it included iron/iron board, trouser press, extra bedding/pillows, fridge, kettle etc. The shower was like a power shower and really warm. The room was a little dated but hey the rest made up for it. We did have any problems, if we are up that way again we will defo use this hotel again.. well done Days Inn keep up the good work.. 🤓👌🏼
Clean comfortable bed. Liked the provision of bath mat and tissues in bathroom, unexpected at this price point. Reasonable choice of takeaway food available close to hotel. Not a destination hotel but very satisfactory stay en route.
Staff were brilliant. The room was good and clean. Considering it was a motorway service hotel, I dindt hear much noise through the night at all. Shower pressure was great and the wifi was really good as well.
The staff were all amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Lighting in the rooms was exceptional for a hotel room. It was quiet. Very large rooms, plenty of plug points, hanging space and a table and chair(s).
Great budget hotel, no frills but clean and a quiet place to spend the night. Paid for breakfast which is served at the services, decent full English. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
My partner broke out with a rash due to the room not being cleaned . As we arrived to hotel the room smelt of cigarettes despite there was a no smoking policy ...
All of it. The staff are all so friendly whatever the time of day or night. As a budget hotel Days Inn is right at the top of our choice when travelling.
