We stayed at the Worsley Arms whilst completing a hike around the Howardian Hills, and found it to be a comfortable, characterful and extremely convenient place to rest! Hovingham is itself an idyllic village nestled in the Yorkshire countryside, and I would highly recommend the Worsley Arms as a place to rest after a long day of walking. Charming local atmosphere (we happened to stay on one of the monthly 'open mic' nights, comprising a gathering of local musicians, old and young), hearty food and comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was really good and well presented. We had a quiet room. Staff really friendly and helpful and pub was central location to where we needed to be. We would definitely love to stay again.

We have stayed here before and once again it was exceptional !!! The room was huge with kitchen facilities, so peaceful and relaxing, also our room this time had a outside patio area. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Lots to do and see around the local area too. Would definitely recommend a stay and we would not hesitate to return.
