The rooms are above a country pub and newly opened Indan restaurant - you can't smell any cooking around the rooms so don't worry about that. If you have mobility challenges, this may not be the place for you to stay as there are a few uneven floors and staircases to get to the rooms (due to the age of the building). We had a freshly cooked full English breakfast before we left which was delicious.

Halford is a well-located hamlet off the Fosse Way, giving access to many of the Cotswold sites. The hamlet is really one street, very old and charming. Several of the nearby villages have excellent gastropubs, for quality eating. These are listed on the Old Manor website.
