Excellent breakfast and service. We had two evening meals from the same menu. First was excellent but second was a bit disappointing possibly because the restaurant was busier. Very comfortable bed and nice en suite and room very clean. Very helpful friendly staff.

A lovely property in a great location. Very close to the local village and town but the property itself is in a very peaceful road. The host gave very helpful instructions on how to find the property. Spotlessly clean and spacious enough for two people. Really liked that the bedroom was in a separate room to the living room/kitchen area. A nice space to sit outside on the patio. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/crockery/glassware you need. This place is fantastic value for money.

Staff were very helpful, calling up the day before to try and sort early check in that I had mentioned on my booking form. Breakfast in the morning was a good spread of cooked breakfast to order and continental buffet.

We were there to participate in a Diamond Wedding lunch and the meal was excellent, the function room was spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was good and the whole experience of being there was a delight. The hotel is quite close to the M20 so is easily accessible and although it is just off a main road it feels as if it is completely isolated with lovely views from the bedrooms.

This is a good hotel with nice rooms and surrounding gardens. I think the bar is rather cramped and the service lacked charm. Over all, I thought I got good value for money. I did not eat at Hadlow Manor so cannot comment on the quality of the food.

The location was great, the room was lovely and clean, but the food let this location / stay down. The chaotic breakfast on the second nights stay was terrible!! no order, no choice and running out of all foods and drinks. Only one member of staff on duty.

Comfy beds, nice breakfast even though choice was limited and expensive for what you got. Decor dated but very clean. Shower noisy and not fit for purpose. Would not stay again but it served its purpose for one nights stay.
Beautiful, excellent location & reasonable price. We were so lucky to get this room relatively last minute for a wedding we attended in the area after being let down at another hotel. The staff were lovely & the grounds were beautiful. The gardener(s) have done such a lovely job!
Welcoming staff. quality of the room and a very good price for the high specification hotel. The Hadlow Manor was placed in a very scenic location and ideal for our visit with its locality to Hadlow and Tonbridge, Very picturesque and would highly recommend.
Our bedroom was roomy and had a bit of character based in the manor house end of the hotel. Good breakfast. We had a private xmas party but then joined a mixed group in the evening for a dance in the larger room, which was a nice extra. Staff very friendly
Lovely big, comfortable room in a quiet part of the hotel - as requested. Cooked breakfast with good selection of cereals/pastries/toast. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy to find and park. Pretty grounds.
Have stayed here regularly on recent visits to Hadlow College .staff are always friendly. Good full English breakfast + pasties/ cereals etc. lovely view from room / large spacious room .
The staff were really lovely and friendly. We were the only couple there that wasn't linked to an event at the hotel and the staff made a lot of effort to make us feel at home.
