Boutique hotel. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and the facilities were very clean. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic. Good location and easy for shops, train etc.

Night staff made sure we got extra duvet and room heater on a very cold day.
Location is very nice and picturesque. I thought the food in the pub was quite pricey for what it was. Nice room overlooking the grounds but noisy at night but that's the guests not the accommodation!

A lovely village, surrounded by great country walks, fabulous scenery. There is a beautifully kept station with steam trains, Groombridge Place is great for kids and Tunbridge Wells is close, with a great variety of restaurants.
