The property was in an ideal central location and our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Views were fantastic. Easy to get to Harrogate every day. I am not a fan of chemical toilet, but considering the difficulties of putting in anything else it was totally understandable. The road was very rough, but as it was a farm road this was not really surprising. The views were superb. Lovely and quiet place to stay. Clean and had everything needed. Would go again, but not for more than 2 nights because of the loo.
