Everything was very nicely presented and kept clean, with thoughtful touches that made it incredibly easy to adjust quickly to being in a different house. The communication was timely, polite and clear at every step. Even the Wi-Fi was a good, strong connection for working. It all made for a happy stay and a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately I was unable to have breakfast even though I paid for it as it was so busy and even though I tried two different times I was unable to find a table and the fact that so many people just kept pushing into me and there were no plates at one time, I decided to pass. Some people were sat at tables for a long time going to get food over and over. I think a different layout would have been better

Great location for access to the Excel and Greenwich. Right next to the DLR, the beds were really comfy and the rooms were quiet.
With views over Royal Victoria Dock, ibis London Excel-Docklands is less than a minute walk from the ExCeL exhibition centre and the Emirates Air Line cable car system that leads to the O2 Arena.

It served the purpose as I was down for a work related stay and the location between the hotel and the workplace was neat and saved me time and energy trying to get to the workplace from home.

Very dirty floor, boiler didn't work - cold water, no towels, extremally high bed frame in one of the room, not for kids or grandparents should have ladder. very bad condition doors. I will not recommend this place

Lots of restaurant, takeaways, shops, breakfast places near by. Queen Elizabeth line near by which takes you striaght in to the city. Driving in to east London wasn’t bad if you leave at the right time avoiding rush hrs. A park near by as well if you want to go for a walk. We are at chapters for breakfast, colony restaurant for dinner.
