The Three Swans is a great place to stay, excellently situated in town and much bigger than I had anticipated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
We had a great breakfast served upstairs through the elegant bar area to an equally lovely room where the self service breakfast was so tasty and lots of variety and choice.
The outside area was nice during the day for drinks, coffee or for really good food. In the evening the screen was up so you could see the football or go to the original bar at the front which has been furnished tastefully.
Our clean comfortable room was in a block at the back near the outside area and it was reassuring and convenient to have our car parked on the premises just outside. We slept well and it was surprisingly quiet.
Would definitely recommend the Three Swans.

We were met outside and everything was explained really well.
Generous breakfast things provided - butter, bread, milk, cereals, jams.

The breakfast was fantastic, the breakfast staff were lovely and the reception staff, the room was clean and it had shampoo and body wash and hand wash and towels etc. They took care with food intolerances and there were some alternatives. Consider gluten free cereal as an alternative.
