Staff was superb, room was immaculate and beds were comfy. Breakfast had so much to select from at the buffet. We would definitely stay here again.

    Arrived on time for booking in, Had to wait till bar staff serves lots customers before we were provided a key to room. Shown to room door and rep left without opening the door, we entered and found the room had not been cleaned from previous occupants. Beds unmade with sheets and undelay pulled off to the floor. Previous occupant wet towels all over the room floor. No toilet paper, toilet full of previous occupants disports. Bins full rubbish. Flooring dirty and of need a good clean. Fawlty Towers would be rated 5 star compared to this place.
