Great location, view of the bridge and castle from floor to ceiling windows Comfy bed. Air con. Quiet room. Friendly staff. We arrived 5 hours before checking so we could leave our luggage due to travelling by train which was a great help.. 5 minute walk to the station.

The location was good close to city centre, traffic is very busy though getting to and from the city. The hotel is lovely with friendly staff and a great pub attached to it

Arrived on time for booking in, Had to wait till bar staff serves lots customers before we were provided a key to room.
Shown to room door and rep left without opening the door, we entered and found the room had not been cleaned from previous occupants.
Beds unmade with sheets and undelay pulled off to the floor.
Previous occupant wet towels all over the room floor.
No toilet paper, toilet full of previous occupants disports.
Bins full rubbish.
Flooring dirty and of need a good clean.
Fawlty Towers would be rated 5 star compared to this place.
