It was like a home from home, everything I needed was there awaiting for me from fresh bread, butter, milk and a lovely lemon cake which was absolutely delicious, the property had everything I needed and ideally situated right near the beach, local pubs and eateries, the hosts was very welcoming and made my stay very special, I will certainly book again next time I’m in the area.

We loved the whole feeling of this lovely pub. Right from from the start, We were made very welcome by Harry on reception and behind the bar. We were very happy with our delicious evening meal too. We were actually upgraded to a superior double which we were very pleased about! The room and bed was super comfy and the bedding was beautiful. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had everything we wanted.
At breakfast, the head housekeeper Yvonne was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Our cooked breakfast was amazing! This is our 2nd stay here, and we'll definitely be back! Arundel town and the wonderful castle is lovely and all the locals are very friendly. We really enjoyed everything.

Very helpful on price for the room and general service at check in. Breakfast buffet very average, old fashioned cereals and average style juice. Cooked breakfast v good.

Nice location not to far from anything.
Food was amazing and staff was very friendly and went the extra mile.
The beach was a few yards from the property. The atmosphere was very tranquil, people were polite and a great place if you love dogs. Would recommend as either a quick get away or a long stay.
The Lobster Pot cafe serves a lovely breakfast and is a short walk along the beach from the property.
Fino - the Italian restaurant is a must do - food is wonderful.
Magna Tandoori - is a lovely Indian restaurant and food was wonderful.
Overall Felphamis a lovely village with great people and the beach is really nice.

Annexe in a Private Estate of 200 houses of various ages.
Annexe in a Private Estate of 200 houses of various ages. Therefore very quiet. Felpham itself with shops, pubs etc, rather spread out. However, the Annexe is about a 3 minute walk to the promenade with a sand and shingle beach. Easy to walk east or west on level ground. Good base for Chichester or Littlehampton. Both on bus route. Due to short time available and weather, we did not attempt a country walk. Fields , woods etc.
