Lovely location but building works going on with scaffolding around for structural work may cause issues with view over next months. Breakfast on booking wasn't included but new owners included it within our price. It was average and not the best for 3 star hotel, but obviously they are still making changes. Lovely bay views from restaurants over bay.
With stunning sea views over Falmouth Bay, this AA 5-star bed & breakfast offers en suite rooms, residents' lounge, licensed bar, sun terrace and car park.

Good location with lovely views over the bay and close to the Princess Pavilion which we were attending that evening. Parking was easy and available. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly despite coping with a coach party that had booked in on the night we were there. Breakfast was very good.
With views across Falmouth Bay, Merchants Manor and award-winning restaurant Rastella also feature a modern leisure club, indoor heating swimming pool and Linen Rooms Spa.

I stayed only for one night in Falmouth, my granddaughter is a 1st year student at Falmouth University. I drove her back there in November from home following a reading week. Though It was a brief visit I found time to browse the shops and walk along the waterfront, also visit the Falmouth Art Gallery. There is a vast choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes to cater for all tastes, the Fuel Cafe in Arwenack Street has to be on anybody's bucket list, with friendly staff, serves delicious food and good value for money. Next time I visit Falmouth it will definitely be for a longer stay.

Wonderful place with so much to do. Lots of brilliant and unusual places to eat with many different culinary experiences to be had. Sabzi was amazing.
Plenty of live music and entertainment in the town. Scary Little Girls theatre are worth watching. Would recommend the ferry crossing to St Mawes - great place to visit.
Would highly recommend visiting Falmouth for all ages as long as you are able to traverse somewhat hilly terrain.

I thoroughly enjoyed my two stays in Falmouth whilst walking the South West Coast Path. I thought it was a nice clean and picturesque location with a thriving night time economy. In striking distance of lots of other nice places and I enjoyed using the ferries.

Falmouth is a town suffering from the economic climate with lots of empty shops BUT it has everything one might need for essentials and interests. Easy to commute to other local places by boat, train, public transport and car.

The hotel staff were amazing. We had a meal for my Granddaughter's 18th Birthday food was good. She stayed over for the night. She said the room was really nice. The staff left a card and chocolates in her room. How thoughtful of them. She also had a spa treatment and enjoyed that the lady who did her massage was lovely.
Well done Falmouth Hotel we all had a lovely day 😊
Lovely positioned Hotel just outside Falmouth centre, in beautiful grounds. Foyer and lounge are beautifully decorated with sweeping staircase and large comfortable sofas. Bedroom was okay with hot shower.
Breakfast was good and cooked to order. The waitress was really friendly.
Great value for money
Easy to follow instructions to access as it no longer runs as a hotel.2 minutes walk from the station & the harbour. Very much an old seaside hotel which I loved not modern but very clean & welcoming..
With my daughter at Falmouth University a perfect place for a stop over.
A traditional style hotel in a great location with wonderful sea views. Staff very friendly and obliging. Will stay there again on a future trip to Falmouth.
