And arriving to the hotel quite late after doing a long journey 300 miles. The key on the door would not work on the room. We have to go to reception three times so we could get into the room then during this day throughout the night the light we turned off, kept flashing like they were going to catch fire This kept us up most of the night. However we had to leave quite early to go to dress fitting for my daughter for a wedding didn’t get chance to tell reception just needed to go so this is a complaint which has put me off wanting to come back to the hotel.

I felt indulged the whole time! The staff, the care, the attention to detail, the food, the building, the Pavilion (where we had our meetings) were all definite plusses. My room was lovely—and a great touch was the coffee machine; no nasty instant stuff here! It was good to have so much storage space and such a lovely shower. I had left my washkit at home; this was no matter as shampoo, etc., was supplied, and within a few minutes of ordering a toothbrush and toothpaste via the hotel's online app, the lovely concierge delivered them to my room. The grounds were pretty. I eat gluten-free, and that was cheerfully accommodated.
This brand new refurbished 4-star hotel is based on the edge of the green belt, with easy access to London, the Kent countryside and the M25 London orbital motorway, via the A2.

The room was amazing the the staff was even nicer, was there for two night stay for partners 40th. I had arranged for the flowers to be delivered and the staff went the extra mile decorating the room with some small touches without being asked. Breakfast was also lovely

This is a delightful little hotel. It is a little spartan but in a good way.
It has everything you need, including bedside lamps on both sides of the bed and plenty of electric sockets - including at least one near a mirror and shelf (something that is often lacking even in multi-national hotels).
The bathroom was spotless (an extra shelf near the sink and in the shower for putting things on would be useful).
Be careful if you are more than average height - this is an old building so doorways are short!
We were late arrivals so we didn’t actually meet any staff but they kept in touch through messages and phone and were helpful and lovely to deal with.
We would stay again.

A lovely little village - great location to stay if you are spending the day at the Eagle Heights Foundation. The Castle Hotel and Pub was an excellent place to stay, both the accommodation and pub/restaurant were great. Lovely rooms and a varied option of food for dinner.

Eynsford is a very pretty Kent village, it has 4 good pubs, The Plough serves great food even on a Sunday evening. It has 2 quite quaint village shops & a traditional butchers. The Ford is very pretty & popular with children in the warm weather. There are also two churches. There is Eynsford Castle ruins for a short stroll & a short walk along the river to the viaduct. Very nearby is Lullingstone Roman Villa , definitely worth a visit & Lullingstone Castle. Plenty to do for a small village.
The hotel more than exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and our room was perfect. We stayed in one of the smaller bedrooms - this was exactly as described and was very good value. The hotel décor is a perfect mix of modern and elegant country styles and has an inviting bar/restaurant and outdoor eating area.
Nice village pub/hotel with a small beer garden at the rear. Large well appointed room with a decent sized bathroom and modern decor. Great breakfast menu with a variety of choices. Plenty of on site parking space. Close proximity to Brands Hatch racing circuit.
Very pleasant staff members, serene atmosphere and a good selection of food and drink available from all menu options. Additionally, the hotel is located in close proximity to Brands Hatch as well as being situated directly opposite from the Eynsford Castle
Nice room with separate bath room and toilet. Comfortable bed. Quiet room. Diner was OK, good service. Hotel well located for my visit next day. Nice small village. Good quality breakfast, all fresh.
Beautiful location, in lovely Eynsford. Our room was lovely, clean and comfy, and the hotel has everything you need for your stay. Our breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly
Loved this hotel. Great location in quaint village, excellent pub/restaurant etc. We stayed in 2 separate rooms and both were lovely (although the biggest, a superior, was exceptional).
The hotel and pub were lovely, room great, very spacious with a big bed and bath. The food in the pub was fantastic and the staff were great too, very friendly place.
