The hotel was clean and the breakfast was a good choice. The staff were friendly but following the fire alarm incident no one wanted to take responsibility.

Our room was ready much earlier than we anticipated which allowed us to drop our bags in the room and go to our event. The receptionist was super friendly and told us a little bit about how the hotel closed and reopened again.
The facilities were basic but very much home from home. We didn't need to use the WIFI but there was the option to use it if we wanted it.
The room looked to have has extensive refurb work done, including a new bathroom and a cute breakfast area with a microwave as well as the standard hotel kettle. Also a fridge and freezer, so long stay guests could essentially bring food and make it also.
The kitchen was being refurbed so no breakfast when we stayed but the vibe was great and staff super friendly. We will stay again on further trips to Coventry

Good location, not too far from the train station or town centre. Room was great value for money, clean and comfortable.
