The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. On our way down to Cornwall my husband's evening meal very good as was his meal on our way back. My meal on the way back was prepared by a more senior chef and was delicious.
On our way back I realised that one of my rings was missing. I rang the hotel and was told it hadn't been found but later on a lady ranv me to tell me that it had been found. She got hold of some packaging and bought a padded bag. In her own time she went to the post office and sent it to me recorded delivery. I could not have wished gor better service or honesty.
