Lovely rooms, lots of nice touches throughout to create a welcoming and warm ambience.
Communication was easy, check-in straightforward and a delicious and generous gluten free breakfast to enjoy.
The room has lots of natural light.
The building has steep steps up to the landing. In my front room (2) there is noise from the local bar, as mentioned in other reviews, so if you are a light sleeper or cannot use ear plugs choose somewhere different. If like me you sleep through noises easily then with comfy beds this is a lovely rest stop located a five minute walk from the station and just off the main pedestrianised high street.
