Beautiful and comfortable environment, great location, exceptional service from all staff. Dinner and brunch in the restaurant were excellent- especially the dinner which we enjoyed on our first evening. Really impressed with the care and attention given to accommodating my garlic sensitivity.

Very close to the lower reaches of the Thames, houseboats abound. Has Hampton Court Palace - well worth the visit and Bushey Park ( with deer herds), nick back shops, posh pubs and restaurants abound.

Local pub The Mute Swan was great for food and drinks and the service was always polite. This is located opposite entrance to the palace. Close to Hampton Court palace and access to river boats to take you into Kingston and Richmond for a day of shopping and eating/drinking by the river.
