Staff were very welcoming in this excellent Ibis, which also boasts 24h bar and food service (although a reduced menu offering only pizza after 11pm, but still that's really quite nice). Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and well insulated both for noise and temperature (it was well below freezing when we visited and the room was nice and warm). The breakfast/dinner space is nice and the area also has a number of cafe/restaurant options, as well as having a fast direct connection with central London through the Elisabeth line, so very convenient. We had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for short or longer stays.

Upon arrival, the driveway was littered with dirt, and garbage had not been collected, giving a poor first impression. The toilet and bathroom were unclean and had clearly not been properly maintained. Additionally, there was no running water from the tap, making it impossible to shower.
The lighting in the hallway was not functioning, and despite reporting these issues, there was no response from the management. I strongly advise against renting this accommodation, as it is in dire need of major renovations and proper upkeep.

One of the best areas in London and we know London very well...
One of the best areas in London and we know London very well as family live there. Superb specialist coffee shops that sell freshly roasted coffee. Great restaurants. A brand new cinema complex with café serving excellent food (limited choice). Excellent green areas and parks in the centre of Ealing. A truly wonderful place in the centre of a big city. Everything in Ealing is within walking distance and there are two metros that take you directly to London centre cheaply.

Great hotel in a beautiful area of London.
Great hotel in a beautiful area of London. The tube station was very close and around 25 minutes ride to downtown. Also lots of stores and places to eat. The breakfast was adequate but nothing really exciting. Would have liked more egg choices. The extra sofa bed for the kids was not comfortable.
