Breakfast choices very good, if I’m going to be picky I would say that the hot food could have been hotter but I think that is partly caused by other people not replacing the covers.
Location great for us as attending Twickenham Stadium.

I have stayed down the road in Novotel London west ( Hammersmith) over 200 times and wish I had stayed here sooner. The hotel is new, modern, very clean rooms, nice bathrooms, great bar and restaurant with decent food. Everything that the Hammersmith Novotel is not - will definitely return.

The host was available on the phone when we had a problem with the keys. Location was great for our theatre trip with children. Beds were great and great for parking.

The staff is very friendly and the toilet in the room is not shared with others.Although it is not too far from the center or the metro, it is walkable, it is certainly quiet and we were able to get a very good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge surprised us because we had food that was supposed to go there.

A very nice condominium, in perfect location ( outside the low emissions zone). The apartment was about 40 square meters including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and clothing washing machine. The living area with the dining table and TV was another comfortable area. With a separation from the main area the bedroom with it's comfortable bed, completed the apartment. The extra benefit was also the free parking in the ground floor secured area. It worth to mention the excellent staff from which I received their support, when I needed. Special mention on the night operator Mrs Gee Gee was was very polite by giving fast and effective solutions. i will defiantly come back her and it is strong recommended to other guests. Well done to its management.

It was good to meet the chap tidying the frontage as I left.
It was good to meet the chap tidying the frontage as I left. He hasn't been their long but obviously had a very clear idea of what is needed to turn this place around. This would be an excellent place to stay if the problems were sorted out.

From the first moment we arrived, we were so impressed at how we were welcomed, we arrived early, and Issac the Fantastic Manager , let us check in early.
We had 2 rooms, both spotlessly clean, spacious , and very comfortable beds.
The bar, restaurant and reception staff went out of their way to do everything they could to make sure our food, drinks & service was excellent.
Carpark underneath hotel, very safe, convenient & only a very small overnight charge.
Brentford is a lovely area, clean, modern, easy assessable, safe and lots of facilities near by including hairdressers, beauty salons, really good cafes, and good public transport.
I will return again to this lovely place.

A discovery for us.
A discovery for us. We were staying there as close to family. Brentford is in transition. Money being spent on re-development of the the riverside areas. Makes it interesting. Some interesting local history. Some interesting places to eat. The local Museums (musical; water and steam; transport) were not open when we had availability, but look interesting. Close to Kew, Osterley House and Gardens (Brilliant!). Good transport links to central London, Heathrow. Friendly and welcoming.

Great place to stay while in the UK, with delicious food at the restaurant located in the hotel and refreshing flavored water available in the lobby after walking back from the train station in the hot weather. Very helpful cleaning staff and courteous employees overall. Overall great value for a short stay and close to affordable transportation.

Easy access to London city centre via underground Piccadily line. Buses also available. Polish shops near South Ealing station were a nice suprise :). Brentford seems to be a safe and not so expensive place for a stay in London.
Room had a mini fridge, we put some food items in this. the room and bath room were ok , the breakfast was ok but a bit underwhelming. but difficult in these Covid times. Bed was a bit too firm for me and I did not really sleep much over the two nights. Reason we stayed at the hotel was that it had underground parking available (but this was an additional cost). Location of hotel was perfect for Syon house and the Brentford Lock area had some nice bars nearby. Friendly staff evening bar area and patio, light snacks Pizza.
I travel to London weekly and stay in various corporate hotels. I wanted to find a homely place that I can book weekly and where I feel comfortable that is located within a mile of where I need to be for my meetings. This little find was perfect. On my initial entrance the bar man seemed slightly confused but a young lady appeared and she was very attentive all evening..
New everything, modern space, good view of London on the horizon. Good spot to see the sights then hang out after..
The staff were on hand and present. I was concerned when making this booking after some reviews, but it’s not as tough as it seems. Pass code for parking, pass code for entry. But there ARE staff there. They do come and help you.
Everything was 10/10 - was welcomed with open arms by the Egyptian man on reception he was so humble and polite ( I hope he gets some recognition for this) made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable - overall the hotel was clean and the room was an amazing size , clean and full of additional treats - would stay again for sure

Excellent public transport links, above a little Sainsbury's, opposite a small Lebanese restaurant (which does breakfast) and a short walk from nice pubs. Clean, good kitchen, comfortable bed, had a nice "balcony" area that provided extra soundproofing at night
I like how clean the room was and the rainfall shower head. I enjoyed that there was a living room space and balcony so its not only a bed to sleep in at night but a place to sit and relax. Definitely a great hotel if you're staying with a group of friends.
Visiting Kew Gardens with mym. Hotel was easy to get to, easy to park, easy to check in. Staff very welcoming, room clean, spacious and comfortable. Bed comfy. Breakfast had good variety and was good. Just a really pleasant experience...would stay again
Very modern and clean property. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. Many shops and good restaurants within easy walking distance. About a ten minute walk to the underground and then approximately twenty minutes to reach the heart of London.
Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and very good service from restaurant staff. We thought the location was great as were going to an international rugby game at Twickenham and bus stop with link to stadium was just outside hotel.
Our room was very comfortable and clean. We both slept very well, which is unusual for a hotel stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is quite well located to explore London, although train strikes caused us some problems.
Booking.com booked us at this hotel, even though they had no rooms available and it was 1am and we were exhausted from traveling.
Hotel was able to help us out and fit us in so we had a place to sleep
Lobby, bar area and spa were all lovely.
Friendly staff and room / hotel was quiet.
Room was very clean.
Menu for dinner and breakfast looked nice and varied although we didn't eat in the hotel.
Well-placed hotel in a good area of London, about a 10min walk from the nearest tube station. The hotel is modern and had all facilities that we needed; breakfast, gym, well-equipped rooms.
The room was warm and comfortable with kettle and bowl and mugs. Great stay and personell was super friendly. The curtains light and draft blocking. Slept well and comfy.
I really liked the surrounding areas, the room was quite and comfortable and the simplicity to check-in and check-out. The staff was very helpful and kind.
