The room configuration that was promised on Booking.com wasn’t available but the hotel staff promptly remedied it with another solution. Beautifully handled. Also the staff recommended a wonderful
Pub for dinner that involved a stunning walk through the village and across the lock. Excellent local suggestion that made our stay.

Our stay at Voco Oxford Thames was certainly one to remember. A luxurious feel as soon as we arrived, with such amazing views surrounding the hotel. We were greeted by Kayleigh, who made us feel welcome throughout our whole stay. Every member of staff who greeted us were polite!
The room itself was lovely, we originally booked a double room, but we were in 68 so our room was larger and had our own balcony! This was a great surprise for us for our anniversary and really made our stay great! We ordered room service multiple times, and the food was incredible. We especially recommend the chicken burger! The spa was great, we enjoyed having a swim and winding down in the sauna.
If you are going into Oxford, we reccomend the Meze at Antep Kitchen, about 15 minutes from the hotel. The food and atmosphere was fun!
Overall a really pleasant stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

Easy location, just off of the A34.
Very clean, lovely staff! So welcoming and accommodating!
Also a gym on site, it is small but enough for what is needed.
We had breakfast at the hotel, it hit the right spot, fruit, yogurts and the usual cooked breakfast and toast available.
I like the attractive garden & terrace areas, good pub menu...
I like the attractive garden & terrace areas, good pub menu & freshly prepared breakfast with a tick sheet for options. The rooms are interesting conversions which have made what was a pub into what is really a very pleasant small hotel. The immediate Thames valley area is beautiful but you can get on a train to London right by the the Inn.

Culham is a quiet & pretty village on the Thames.
Culham is a quiet & pretty village on the Thames. There is good walking in the area and it is easy to visit many other pretty riverside villages as well as places like Oxford, Wallingford & Abingdon.
I had a large room with a doule bed and 2 2-seater sofas. Everything in the room was in very good condition.
You could make your own selection from a list for breakfast which was then cooked fresh for you.
It also has a pub.
It is called The Railway Inn at Culham and so was very close to the railway which was very useful for me as I was catching a train there to go to Oxford. Didcot Parkway station is just a couple os stops away in the other direction.
A lovely large room, with a really comfortable bed. Clean and tidy and, despite being a station inn (as in beside a railway station) there was minimal noise or vibration form the passing trains (I slept with the window open on night with no real disruptions). Breakfast was also really good, and all the staff really friendly.
I fully intend to use this hotel in the future for visits to Oxford and the local area,
A really nice location next to a quaint village Railway Station. The hospitatlity from Pauline was excellent and mades us feel very welcome, excellent evening meal and breakfast the following morning.
Outside of the village of Culham, so you'll need some form of transport but the setting was nice, a local pub and restaurant with accommodation, highly recommended if you want a quiet and friendly stay over.
Simple accommodation next to the Culham train station, so an ideal place to spend the night if you need to be at CCFE early in the morning, which is 5 min away. The room is relatively quiet considering it's right next to the railway line! Full English breakfast is served.
Very quaint, quite oasis from city stress, train service to the little hotel from a few cities like Oxford, in 12 minutes. Old hotel style with restaurant and pub. Simple & clean. I will go back when visiting the nearby region.
The entourage and authenticity of the hotel is very good.
The room was tidy and spacious.
The pillows were a bit on the harder side.
The breakfast was cooked right on the spot by own selection.
Convenient for Culham Campus and Train, less so for Abingdon without a car. Good breakfast, lots of tailored choice. Basic pub b and b accommodation. Clean and warm
