Every staff member we encountered from a late check in after 10pm to breakfast and check out was helpful and friendly. Great training and recruitment! The hotel was clean and very warm, facilities were good and the central location made it very accessible. Over all a fabulous stay. I couldn't recommend it more!
The beach was within walking distance from our hotel.
The beach was within walking distance from our hotel. (The Royal, Marine View) Good that parking was available at the hotel also (but you cannot reserve a space) a pleasant & safe area to walk around in during the day or night. A good variety of places to eat (The Greek Taverna was really good but you need to pre-book) Very nice coffee shop/bar ‘Timberwolf’ with very welcoming staff! Tried & tested their Rocky Road dessert & also blueberry chock brownie! 😋 Good public transport connections (should you wish to visit Liverpool) as we did during our stay to Crosby. Had a GR8 day out in the big City but a day trip just isn’t long enough to see everything! So much to see & do in Liverpool! 👍

Went just to see the sculptures in February, and it was very cold, windy and wet, so one night/two visits to the sculptures was enough to get some great photos. Tip: check tide times before you go, as they do get submerged. I was lucky to catch low tide, and as the weather broke - the sunset and the ferry in my photos too. Didn't get to Crosby village as I was on foot (came by train). Can imagine it is a great beach in the summer when the weather is better - very long, sandy, clean, and great for families. RNLI patrol car constantly checking for safety. Leisure Centre close by with pools and facilities.

Stayed in single room, very clean and adequate space considering the price. Friendly and helpful staff, easy to get to, on a direct bus route from Lime Street Station. Good choice of restaurants 5 mins walk. 20 mins walk to beach. Only downside is hotel is on a busy road, so lots of traffic noise.

We arrived at 9.15pm and left the following morning at 11.15am so it would be wrong to give a review of what Crosby was like. bsed on our brief visit it was not a place that we would be rushing to get back to for a longer period.

Waterloo/Crosby was our base in visiting our Granddaughter at John Moores University .
It was ideal as easy to travel into City Centre from Crosby and also a chance to see the Anthony Gormley statues.
Smart and characterful house, very convenient for the railway station and a trip into Liverpool Central. Also well placed for a walk down to Crosby Beach. Comfy bed and quiet room. Being able to use the kitchen was a bonus.
Very welcoming host, large property with excellent facilities, everything clean and new, lovely location for anyone visiting the beach too. Would recommend for anyone visiting Crosby!
