This little gem of a place was perfect for us, it had everything you required for a stay in the area. It was quiet grest facilities and if you had forgotten anything the town had it all, in particular we liked the local baker's, fantastic bread. We will be back.

The Durham Ox food is amazing.
The Durham Ox food is amazing. The whole experience was worth the slightly crowded bedroom. The service was excellent and the food was some of the best we have come across in recent years. The atmosphere in the bar area was very homely and the staff were friendly and informed. Very professional throughout both dinner and breakfast.
