Beautiful location, a little confused that my room was... in the carpark, so not much of a view as I couldn't really have the curtains open. But I wasn't really that fussed once I was over that. Room was beautiful and clean, bath lovely a deep so could have a proper soak. Lots of nice little touches. I would book here again.

Very deceiving from the outside! Inside is beautiful and the rooms are amazing. We received a complementary upgrade to a room with the most amazing bathtub with robes and slippers. Location is perfect if you like to be a little further out. It was lovely to be able to walk 10 minutes into the busy York centre then come back out to the hotel in peace and quiet. We have stayed here twice and recommend to everyone we know who is looking to stay in York.
