The huge beds with quality linen. The attention to detail in the room, especially for our dog. The restaurant food was delicious and slightly different to normal menus. Well done chefs.

Cromwell Cottage - Dog Friendly, hotel in Colkirk

Located in Fakenham, 17 km from Houghton Hall and 31 km from Blickling Hall, Cromwell Cottage - Dog Friendly provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building.

The cottage had so much character but also had everything you needed for modern living. It just made you smile staying here. It was a very short walk to the centre of town so anything you needed was close by. We also went to the races and we were able to walk there (took about 20mins) so that was great!

Very spacious, homely property, spotlessly clean.

Very spacious, homely property, spotlessly clean. Suitable for all ages. Our family of 10 were aged 6-77. Downstairs beautiful en-suite bedroom perfect for us oldies, slightly away from the other younger family members for a little downtime. Kitchen extremely well equipped, owner had literally thought of everything, cleaning materials, condiments even cling film and tinfoil for packing those picnics. Lovely private garden with quality seating and large BBQ. Pretty quiet village with lovely walks on your doorstep. Definitely the best holiday home we have ever stayed in. We hope to return.

    Peaceful & relaxing.

Peaceful & relaxing. Not far from lovely beaches and interesting things to do. Great site for self catering with fridge, barbeque, microwave, crockery and cutlery, even a TV in the sun lounge called the potting shed. Beautiful location with lovely garden. Great site for camping, didn't stay in glamping ai can't comment on that accomodation
