Central location with 24 hour parking available behind the hotel, for a reasonable price. Only a short walk to Arundel Castle which is definitely worth a visit.
Staff are very friendly. A special shout out to Oscar behind the bar, the lovely lady serving breakfast and the chefs who catered so well for me with a delicious evening meal and breakfast (I have several allergies).
Our room was great with fresh milk provided, dressing gowns and slippers and a Dyson fan which came in very useful due to the hot weather whilst in Arundel.

The comfortable king size bed and very modern bathroom, the beautiful location and the food and drinks on offer. The beer garden where we were able to sit outside in the sunshine. The ability to have our luggage delivered ahead of our arrival. Fabulous toiletries from one of my favourite manufacturers.

The room was so clean and tidy. Most of the staff were so friendly, the man(who I guess owned the hotel) was so miserable and didn't make you feel very comfortable.
The food was great.

Clean, comfortable, nicely located, easy to get to and park... Hard to think of anything negative at all.
In 2021 we found the usual low-cost hotels fully booked for the Arundel Triathlon weekend, but this apartment fitted our needs on paper despite being more expensive.
Suffice to say that for 2024, we didn't even look elsewhere. And yes, it was every bit as good as we remembered.

Beautiful, modern, clean apartment with everything needed for lovely stay, the only sound that could be heard form the apartment above was heavy footsteps so sleeping was amazing and quiet, you can not hear the trains or the road at all and the shower was amazing too!

On the edge of the south downs, the view from our bedroom window was of open countryside spreading to the downs themselves. You're within easy driving distance of Chichester & Arundel and also Brighton. You also have Petersfield to the north. I love this part of the country and only wish we'd had longer to enjoy it.
