It’s a shame the owners seem nice people. The pictures of the kitchen is not what is on the advertisement.
Positives. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The bathroom was dated needs a referb but ok. Shower riser was loose.
Lounge chairs looked old and tired. The kitchen had been ripped out and some form of temp kit was put in place. Not fit to be rented out again. The kitchen flooded twice when we was there. The work too was balanced on the cooker with the hob above not good and the sink was not fitted properly.
The tv was still broke from the previous people who left a review.
Not worth the money I payed. If you intend to let these places out you should make sure it’s satisfactory.

Chessington, Is an area that's not very far from London and has an amusement park. If you are planning to visit London but, don't want to pay the prices of high hotels so, Chessington is for you.

It serves as a hub to London or other areas, as a train station and supermarket are nearby. If you plan to visit London, public transportation is recommended with a cap of 14.2 per day. It takes 1 hr to China Town or Tower Bridge. If you go to other cities, the M25 motorway is within 10 drive. Finally, it is not too far to Heathrow Airport.

Well I don't know where to start really.
Well I don't know where to start really. Only stayed here because I couldn't find another hotel nearby at short notice. I was travelling on business and this is not really the hotel for that. Check in and Check out experience was awful. Huge queue + staff that were poorly trained = Bad experience and a long wait both in and out. Plus, the reception staff couldn't even print a VAT receipt at checkout and it took 2 calls to reception plus 2 calls to the finance team later to get one...I mean, really? Oh, and in the morning there was a really strong smell of vomit in the lift, luckily there were stairs. The room was quirky though, and clean. The jungle theme was something different. I will avoid the hotel next time.

We bought our toddler for her birthday and she absolutely loved it! There are plenty of things to do here, it has its own sealife centre and zoo! Highly recommend an overnight stay if you’re going to the park. Especially Halloween as they do a kids party which my little one absolutely loved!
There is also a swimming pool in the hotel so you need to book a slot if you want some time out from
The park! One night isn’t enough I’d definitely stay longer next time

We were very fortunate that we went to chessington world adventures on a quiet mid week day so there for there were no queues, no long waits for rides!! RESULT!! Lots to this theme park, weather your here with small children or older children, nobody will be bored, would advise bringing your own lunch as food/hot snacks can be quite expensive. I used to come here as a Child & I'd say although a few of my favourite rides are no longer their, bubble works is now the Gruffalo ride!! But it's still a fantastic theme park and they even have a small zoo there now!! We love it here!!

The room was generously sized.
The room was generously sized. It was well equipped with the usual tea coffee towels etc. and the early morning view of a young Giraffe from my bedroom window was certainly a change from normality. All the staff seemed to know what they were doing and it was impressive with their helpfulness.
The breakfast was an added bonus in the range and abundance of food on offer with some unique features although I would never recommend the coffee but the abundance of Orange juice made up for that.
I would rate this hotel within the top ten that I have stayed over in the Uk.
Hotels were very nice. Food in restaurants was great, although a little pricey. Lovely few drinks enjoyed in the temple bar. Staff were very helpful, shame the bar closed at 9:45pm with no warning but it wasn’t a huge problem. Great stay and evening zoo walk & early entry into the park was a lovely bonus.
Fab breakfast too!
All in all a fabulous family stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time @ chessington.
Everything was ideal for our trip, from the park to the hotel. The evening and breakfast meals were great, no complaints. The restaurant staff were great considering it was very busy, especially in the evening. Our room was lovely and spacious for 2 adults, a teenager and an eight year old. Fridge was a plus.
I went on the offseason in February, It was quiet and peaceful. I saw the prices of hotels in London and compared them to the outskirts and this hotel wins. Has excellent facilities, like a ZOO! and a pool. The location some may say isn't very interesting but, everything can be reached by metro or the bus.
We had a lot of fun at the theme park. We got to experience all the parts. The sea life, the other part of the zoo and went on a lot of rides with the kids. Some queues were long, waiting 40 minutes for rides was a little difficult with two toddlers but had to keep them entertained and have snacks.
Could see the animals from the hotel which was incredible! Very clean, early access to the park. Lovely young man (I believe his name was Kyle) stood at the early access gate gave us a complimentary hot drink token for the park and he was also very jolly and started our day off with a smile!
We liked that the property had parking and was very close to chessington which was perfect. much preferred over hotel rooms as we could have the back door open and windows to let the air in, although fans were provided too.
Room was clean and spacious and my daughter was happy that we could see the monkeys from our room.
Breakfast was good and hot, however it would be good to have fresh fruit salad or porridge for little ones.
The room was amazing. We loved the view of the animals. It was very large for the 4 of us. It was very clean and comfortable. We were absolutely delighted that we chose to stay at the hotel.
The couple that own the property are absolutely lovely and very friendly. The house is in a good location, close to Chessington world of adventure and local shops, pubs. Beds were comfortable.
everything was fabulous, cannot recommend enough. great base to explore Chessington, felt safe and secure. lovely powerful shower and well stocked kitchen with all utensils required.
Great location within walking distance of Chessington. Hosts were really helpful and friendly and we had a great weekend with plenty of space for all of us.
