The super-king bed was very comfortable (the best we had in an 11 day trip) and the room was spacious. Bathroom also spacious and a lovely bath. Room was quiet (not always the case with a pub), just very occasional noise from upstairs which was not a problem. Excellent location within walking distance of all town facilities. A particularly quite location with the added surprise of horses being ridden down to the gallops whilst we were having breakfast.

House was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.
The only downside was that there was just a breakfast bar with stools rather than a table and chairs which would have been comfier.
