First thoughts were 'clean and cosy!' Pleased with the little room exactly what I needed for an overnight stay, just felt like I was staying in someone's bedroom. Also loved the little extra touches like decent coffee sachets and mini fridge.

Stylish, excellently well planned out, lots of little personal or quirky touches - the perfect anniversary getaway! Utterly luxurious 🤍
The room itself was super spacious; the comfortable sitting area had a generous chaise sofa, fireplace with working fire and TV. This space had views of the quaint streets and, despite being on the ‘main’ road (by St Ives standards) it was perfectly quiet.
The kitchenette was well equipped with teas/coffees, etc… as well as some complimentary beer.
The bed area was sumptuous, with squashy pillows and faux fur throws.
The giant bath tub was a great place to read and gaze at the skies! A walk in shower in the bathroom was perfect for after a sea swim.
Downstairs was a lovely looking restaurant- which we didn’t get to sample as it was closed on the days we were there. The rooms were soundproofed - and as the building is an old bank, the walls and floors were super thick.
Razzie, the host, was attentive and welcoming.
I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a romantic stay.

We really only booked the apartment because we like walking from Carbis Bay to St.Ives or to Hayle Beach. The beach at Carbis Bay is a good one and perfect for parents with little kids.
Becks fish and chips are the best in the UK. Really recommend it to anyone in the area.

Only went to the (lovely) beach once as the hill was so steep to get back up to accommodation near the the main road.
Good location for hopping the bus to St Ives and nice views.
The Cornish Arms pub is a nice spot for dinner/drinks.
Lack of recycling bins.

Clean, tidy and beautiful attention to detail. The colour coordination, the furniture arrangement. I couldn’t help but fall in love with this property the second I entered it. The welcome basket was absolutely quaint and full of amazing treats including scones, jam, biscuits, and teabags. A couple of helpful magazines were dotted around the living space, and in the bedroom, two lindt chocolates placed upon the cushions. An absolutely pleasant stay, with two double doors onto the private patio and a short walk to Carbis Bay beach.
The hotel has a lovely garden and veranda. I had a double room and my friend a single. Both were clean, comfortable and quiet. Dawn and Paula at reception are friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they made our stay more enjoyable as we felt at home. The location is good - walking distance from the beautiful St. Ives and its beaches and a short bus ride if you want to avoid walking up the hill on the way back. Carbis Bay's also nearby and worth a visit. Considering the reasonable prices this is an excellent choice of hotel.
Location,5 mins drive to St Ives and close to most coast places, we went to Gwithian, St Agnes, Mousehole, Porthtowan Carbis bay , just a few within 25mins drive away. on site parking at our stay.
Carbis Bay Suite we stayed in was lovely, ideal for two people and parking free! five mins drive to St Ives or 20min cliff walk
