It was our second stay at the New inn, & we will go back again in future. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, & Clovelly itself is just stunning.

A very comfortable room after a long day's hiking. Breakfast was everything we needed. Friendly staff who helped us to arrange dinner in Clovelly and also to find our way back to the South West Coast Path. Perfect overnight spot on this hike.

The kitchen facilities were great, catering to a large group. The property overall is modern, spacious, and clean. Location is good for the shops (walking distance) and parking enough for a 9 seater vehicle. Quiet area not too noisy. A good variety of towels supplied, especially the larger towels.

One of his reply was if you book a a 1960 Chalet expect a wet damp smell, he was very unprofessional

The chalet was basic but comfortable and warm.
The chalet was basic but comfortable and warm. It had all the facilities we needed. Just 2 adults meant ample space but a small family group would be comfortable there. Bucks Mills is a good base we ranged from Bude to Instow Along the coast and one day in Bideford and another at the RHS gardens in Torridge . There are many facilities available but we did not use them.

Short staffed -every 45 min had to pick up staff and walk outside of the pool area for 20 min
Restaurant service limited hours and menu
Drove nearly an hour to eat one evening as nearest restaurant/pub was fully booked and nothing else was open
