Reception staff were helpful and professional. Some of the nicest hotel staff I have met in some time. The facilities, comfortable bed and location makes this hotel ideal if you need to stay near Stansted Airport. It is just a short ride to Stansted Airport on a shuttle bus. The property was close to Stansted Airport and very competitive in price - I.e £107 for 1 night + 4 days parking + taxi to Stansted. Parking alone at Stansted would have been £85.
The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was lovely just a shame they don't serve it till 8am. But was offered toast and coffee and croissants before hand. Great choice. Second time staying and was in a room in the court yard which are larger rooms.

Only used as a stop over for one night. Room clean and acceptable. Host very friendly made you feel like one of the family. Breakfast continental but a massive choice, Stanstead airport close but not too obtrusive making this an ideal stopover for stanstead
