The host was really nice, he came to ask us if we need anything the evening that we arrived. The location was good, a few miles from the main attractions from that zone. The garden was absolutely beautiful and the reception had a sofa that felt like heaven to sleep in.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Good value. Hotel had sufficient facilities for a short stay including bar and restaurant. Location is outstanding set in very large grounds. Only a 10-15 minute drive to Swindon town centre.

Small village approx 5 miles from Swindon. A good base if your planning to take a look round local towns and villages. In easy access of Bath, Royal Wootton Bassett, Cricklade, Cirencester and Swindon. If you're a shopper, a large designer outlet village is approximately 6 miles away. Good train service operated by GWR from Swindion. Prices for beers, wine on the expensive side.
