The room was a good size for a short stay. Very quiet to say we were near a main road. Good breakfast. Good menu choice for evening food.

The cottage was beautiful, homely, bright, and clean, with great private parking. The lounge was probably our favourite room, with it's cosy sofas and immitation log burner. There was a lovely pub nearby serving great food, and it was easy to get out to all our places of interest from this handy base. Anita and Tony were extremely helpful and sorted out any issues we brought to their attention. Excellent hosts and a lovely cottage. We'd definitely stay here again.
Featuring garden views, Sallow Tree House Self Catering provides accommodation with a garden, a terrace and a shared lounge, around 24 km from York Railway station.
