The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The breakfast was fabulous plenty of different items to choose. The hotel was ideally located for the symphony hall and there were plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very close to trains, bars, shops, and location is excellent.
On my arrival, a friendly lady greeted me with a big smile and politeness, was a simple affair to check in, friendly and efficient.
Bar area and lobby looked very modern and clean also as first impression.
The room was modern and clean, bright with the window, and the bathroom had an excellent shower. Perfect for my needs as a solo traveller. Bed was also super comfy, slept very well.
