Comfortable caravan, nice and clean. Stayed in Borth as our son played golf at Borth and Ynyslas Golf Club. Weather wasn’t the best so perhaps we didn’t see the best that Borth has to offer.

The comfort, cleanthliness and owners are very attentive to their customer needs
Just 5 minutes’ drive from Aberystwyth’s centre, the Aberystwyth Park Lodge Hotel offers rooms with private bathrooms and a restaurant serving traditional cuisine.
Very quiet location. I would recommend going to a supermarket en route, as there is very limited options to purchase ingredients and cook or eat out. Beautiful uncommercialised sea front and beach with free parking.

Friendly arty town on the wales coast.
Friendly arty town on the wales coast. Great for surfing, hiking and kayakking. Has an excellent boutique cinema with an amazing restaurant above it. The Victoria Inn is a great local, with live music nights and tables out on on the beach for a sunset view. Has a lovely friendly tandoori restaurant too. I could live here.

always loved Borth because its realativly quiet compared to other resorts,
don`t go if want loads of entertainment, unless you are staying on a caravan site that has its own entertainment,

Borth seems to be a Typical Welsh seaside town , full of community spirit and friendly faces . I expected to be looking towards the beach and sea all the time , but the community garden and hillside in the opposite direction was as magical . The chip shop was great and there is a fabulous tiny cinema and wonderful restaurant in the centre .
Nearby nature reserve and a great jumping off point for CAT at Machynlleth and Devils bridge ( wow ) .

Great time of year to go. Plenty of parking.
Great time of year to go. Plenty of parking. Great walks on the coast with the dog. Usually not allowed on the beach from 1 May to end of September. Couple of pubs and some coffee shops open this time of year.

Myself, my partner and our little dog went to Borth in November 2019. Borth is a quiet seaside town. I imagine it is busier in the summer months. The beach is the main feature of Borth and this was great for our dog due to it being out of season. We spent a lot of evenings in the Victoria Pub as this was dog friendly and the food was nice. The Railway Inn is also dog friendly which is on the same road. We did a coastal walk around Borth and into the farmlands which had nice views and was roughly 4 miles. There is a zoo there as well which would probably be good for children, but we didn’t go. Other than this you would need to travel out of Borth to other attractions as like I said it is a small, quiet town. I would recommend a drive to Devils Bridge to see the waterfalls. There is also a place called Bwlch Nant Yr Arian which has a few mapped out walks. There is of course other local towns to visit. Overall Borth was a nice stay, but we would perhaps try somewhere else next time just because of how quiet it is. However we had fantastic accommodation at Enlli Fach which made our holiday.
On arrival we had a lovely welcome basket of Coffee,Tea,Milk,Sausages & eggs. A really nice thoughtful touch. A very lovely place to stay in peace and quiet away from everyone. It was clean/tidy and had everything like home from home including a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher. Towels and bedding are included too which was a bonus. We loved using the Hot Tub at the end of the day so very relaxing. A short walk to Borth along a footpath which has an excellent coffee shop and great breakfasts.
Great base for exploring the local area and loved that we could walk to Borth village and beach from the accommodation. Caravan clean and well equipped. We had to shorten our stay because and communicated with the owner several times and good v prompt and helpful responses. Thanks!
The weather wasn’t great but if it had been better we would have loved to sit out and enjoy the view from the front of the caravan - sone outdoor seating.decking would make it even better!
The caravan was fantastic it had everything for our families needs and had all you need for a very pleasant stay.
The site was lovely it was peaceful and quiet
.The owner was very understanding with our circumstances and let us stay for the extra few hours we needed to enable us to get back home from borth because of problems with our travel back which was fantastic it helped us out alot. (Thank you)
The location for a stunning beach in close proximity was superb
Lodge is in a lovely location, great views, very well equipped and clean and comfy. Hosts very friendly and helpful, good communication. Borth is a good base for coastal walks and exploring that coastline
The caravan was excellant clean tidy but only problem shower but you cannot knock the caravan its end of season plenty to do around Borth and Aberystwyth great meals at restaurant top of Road Bow st

Location was very near to the Borth beach and things like groceries and restaurants are also very nearby.
Snowdon national park was one and a half hours away by car so not bad for a day out.
