The staff were incredible from the moment I called to explain the reason for my visit, until I left. Sim was so supportive & understanding on the phone & Claire looked after me by name & in person for my whole stay. I felt extremely supported & looked after which made my whole experience much easier as a solo guest. My room was incredible!!!! I never wanted to leave!! Stunning suite!! Would certainly return.

Not a lot . Wasn't there when we arrived. I confirmed time of 3 and got a confirmation so was surprised when nothing was open or ready when we got there. Phoned owner and he said didn't have booking.
To be fair they sorted a room in another house next door. But due to the lateness I guess they didn't turn the hot water on as the shower was cold in the morning. No shampoo, no nothing. The gentleman was polite but paying 120 quid for 1 night I'd expect much better service.

The accommodation is a partial conversion but appears from the outside as a garage. I stayed for 40 minutes. I then booked into a local hotel. The smell of mould was scorching. There was rust in the fridge and dried food stains in the micro. There was mould in the shower. The toilet had excrement in it and on it. There was also human debris around the toilet. All of this was told to booking.com with photos and the property owner. The property owner stopped me in the street to question me about why I had a concern about his property. I reported this as harassment to booking.com. I received a full refund from booking.com. I booked into a local hotel.

I felt indulged the whole time! The staff, the care, the attention to detail, the food, the building, the Pavilion (where we had our meetings) were all definite plusses. My room was lovely—and a great touch was the coffee machine; no nasty instant stuff here! It was good to have so much storage space and such a lovely shower. I had left my washkit at home; this was no matter as shampoo, etc., was supplied, and within a few minutes of ordering a toothbrush and toothpaste via the hotel's online app, the lovely concierge delivered them to my room. The grounds were pretty. I eat gluten-free, and that was cheerfully accommodated.

Love the warmth, ambience and the tranquillity despite been so centrally located. Good and reliable wifi as well with an all-round complimentary breakfast.
The only downer is the lack of fridge and microwavws in all the rooms.
Despite all these, will definitely go back!

Bexleyheath is a lively town on the edge of London.
Bexleyheath is a lively town on the edge of London. We were visiting family and know the area well. Some nice restaurants, cafes and pubs in the area. It is conveniently located for trips to Central London or to Greenwich for example. It is also located quite close to the popular Bluewater Shopping Centre with busses leaving from nearby.

Very nice break for 3 days, I did mention it was my 60th, thought I would find a bottle of vino in my room, would of been a nice touch with some chocolates or flowers, but didn't spoil our enjoyment.

Stayed 14 nights whilst working in Bexleyheath.
Stayed 14 nights whilst working in Bexleyheath. Clean very comfortable room’s good restaurant and spa facilities. Great value for money. Although breakfast is a little pricey for the area that it’s in . Also they should publish how much it’s going to cost you to park your vehicle. On longer stays can put over £100 on your bill .

Plenty of shops.
Plenty of shops. Marriott in a great location, walkable to all shops in the town centre and opposite a Lidl where we went for things like coffee and breakfast pastries. Also very close to Hall Place which houses Jambs Owls, where you can hold and have a photo taken with an owl
