When we arrived there was a local high school having their prom at the hotel. Although it took a while to get through the traffic, it was very well organised and we weren't disturbed by noise.

A lovely quiet rural location. Comfortable rooms (I have stayed before in another room) with everything you need in the room. Excellent restaurant with great food, nice ambience and great friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast both great.

Lovely village location and easy to find. Turned out it was the pubs monthly quiz night (Tues) which was great fun and the locals were lovely and friendly.
Breakfast in the morning was tasty and well prepared. The lovely lady that cooked it (sorry didn't get her name) was chatty and friendly.
Pub has been tastefully decorated and has a great outside space.
