Location - short walk to town centre. Nicely surprised that Ripon had some interesting things to see.
Bathroom was very large. Macerating toilet was noisy. We could hear the adjoining room in the night.

Nice pub with a decent menu. Breakfasts were great made to order and the staff very helpful. Plenty of parking available onsite. Rooms are in an annex across the yard.
Rooms are not the biggest but they are functional. Staff were kind enough to prepare a ground floor room to avoid having to negotiate any stairs. Bathroom very small but good shower.

We were made very welcome, the room was set back from the main pub and was quiet, it was set out well with two comfortable beds and a nice ensuite. The food, both evening meal and breakfast, were well presented and delicious.
