Convenient location just outside Exeter, large free car park. Staff welcoming and friendly. Our room in a quiet position, no road noise despite being beside a busy roundabout. Room small, but very clean with everything to hand. King size bed comfortable. Room cleaned and tidied daily, towels changed, tea, coffee etc. topped up. Easy after hours access via key fob. Good choice of breakfasts - table service.

The greeting at the door was exceptionally friendly and helpful with offers to park the car and carry our luggage. Reception was efficient and we were shown to our rooms - all that we experienced was excellent and sadly missing in so many hotels. The location on the sea front could not be bettered.
