    What a beautiful area.

What a beautiful area. Not too far for our visit to Glastonbury town centre. The King William was friendly & welcoming with a great live band & good atmosphere. The food at The Hawthorns was exceptional with good service.

I had only one full day for excursions, so I visited Glastonbury. Fully enjoyed it. Visited the Abbey, had a guided tour and walked up to the tor. Many interesting shops in the city. Had a very good soup (in a tin bowl) and an excellent tea in the 'Hundred Monkeys Cafe'.
