Great hotel, great food, poor service. After a family funeral I needed a hassle free evening. Food order was not correct, replacement order took over half an hour to arrive in which time my wife had eaten her meal. I was offered a portion of fries as compensation, drinks were not offered and trying to get the Bar Staff attention left me frustrated.
With its grand original Victorian façade, this AA 3-star hotel has superb facilities and a great location, right on the promenade, enjoying panoramic views over the coastline of the North-West.

Very friendly staff! Absolutely fantastic. Room very comfortable and spacious!! Cleaning could have been maybe a slight better but overall this is our second stay at this place and will go there again! Food is absolutely amazing! Great chef ! Unfortunately when staying for more days, the menu did not seem so varied over more days. I would highly recommend it!

Great facilities, excellent location. Lovely and modern decor and very clean. We had a meal at Esperantos bistro, great restaurant, lovely service, even though we were late. The steaks were amazing and the waitress was friendly, helpful and even managed to get our bill down by volunteering the christmas menu.
