If I could, I’d rate it 100/10 :) lovely old house in the small village with a welcoming and friendly host family. Good breakfasts with homemade yoghurt, jams, pastries. Good and various dinners are made with local products. Everything was so carefully thought out in the room, from blackout curtains and windows with mosquito nets to great quality towels and bed linen. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Location was fabulous, close to many local attractions but also out of the way and secluded. The closest town, Bram, is lovely and there are good restaurants and stores nearby. Great, plentiful breakfast with croissants, fresh baked goods, bread, homemade jams, yogurt, and fruit. Nice, clean pool. It’s also nice to be right next to the Canal du Midi (walk, bike, or run in nature!). Staff are friendly and helpful and have great suggestions for local tourism.

Villesiscle is very quiet and picturesque. The village has no shops but it's only a 2 minute drive to Bram which has a Spar, bakery, butcher and couple of places to eat, plus a Carrefour on the edge of town. It's not far to Carcassonne which is well worth a visit and about about an hours drive to the beach.
