Situated in a gorgeous village just outside Nuit St Georges, this is a proper Chamber D'Hote, simple, very spacious guest rooms, very comfy bed and best of all, the opportunity to have an evening meal with the hosts. Aperitifs at 7pm, then a simple home cooked three course dinner with wine from the area. The cheese course was to die for, as was the local pinot noir served with it. Breakfast was stereotypic french with huge cups of coffee, the obligatory croissant and five different home made jams on the most crusty of crusty baguettes. A truly memorable stay.

Excellent location. Parking - we used the free car park across the street because hotel parking was not available due to roadworks but it was fine. Breakfast was continental. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Good value overall. Good pick for one or two nights.

Le Central Boutique Hotel is probably the best place to stay in Beaune. The place is lovely, common spaces are beautifully furnished and staff is very nice and helpful, they help me rent a bike and let me keep it in their garage for the time needed during my stay. The host, Edgar, managed to build a very familiar environment, it really feels like home. Also, it's close to anything you'll ever need. I blow my birthday candle here, it has been my best stop in Burgundy!
