Great apartment. I felt like home. I had everything everything that i need. The owners were super friendly and helpful with everything. Internet for home office was working greatly. Location was great, close walking distance to train, shopping possibilities, very quiet. Thank you for great stay.

The room was smaller than I thought. The environment was clean, and breakfast was Okay. When I was checking out of the hotel, the customer service told me that my 90 euro deposit would be refunded 2 days after checking. It is now 8 days that I checked out of the hotel. My 90 euro deposit has not been been refunded. This is poor service. If care is not taken, I will show up at the hotel very soon with the police to recover my 90 euro deposit. I have sent several emails to the hotel management without any response from the hotel. This is poor communication service from the hotel management.

It’s right near the airport and within walking distance of a train station but it’s very difficult to find food nearby without a car. the hotel has a breakfast service but it’s very expensive for what you get.

Advice to fellow drivers: If you have a lorry or minibus, avoid visiting the Carrefour of Villepinte, instead go to O'Parinor Carrefour Aulnais-sous-Bois, because the first doesn't allow you the entrance of your vehicle.
But in O'Parinor be very careful and if you are more than 1 person, better the other(s), wait to car because one time I was witness the nearby parked to my car, travellers from Spain, had their driver and co-driver glass broken, and huge GPS stolen. Another times also I have seen broken glasses at this parking as well.
Also, do not hesitate to visit the nearby to O'Parinor Carrefour, Halal Market, which although targeted to muslim consumers, has many natural products, in better deals than Carrefour.

We stayed closed to Park des expositeurs. Couldn't find a grocery. Last train from Paris at 22 30. Desert town, no information office at the station. People we meet help us with information, very friendly locals.
Exceptional service 👏 I loved the receptionist lady very helpful professional she organized taxi for me for aeroport CDG early this morning 5AM not all hotels care about their customers like this.
The hotel is clean I found the room freshly cleaned.
The location is good close to the aeroport.
The hotel in general small and very quiet no noise at all I thought I was alone.

I reserve for one night at this hotel on booking.com app it says pay at your arrival
before I arrived at the hotel they debited the money from my card and the day I check out they still debited the same amount of money from my card. I have contacted them all the person at the reception said with unserious is that he will report it to the manager.
Staff were very helpful, and the hotel was pleasant and good value.
The location is right next to RER Station, so it's good if you are coming late at night and don't want to be wandering about after dark.

I’ve chosen this hotel for the proximity from the airport and for the good price. I was very pleased with it. It’s clean and comfortable. They have a really good breakfast.
Nearby there is an Auchan supermarket and McDonald’s.

it was very bad hotel. i could not stay in this hotel. I left with my family as soon as we saw the room . the smell was terrible…. worse place i have seen. no internet connection …
Due to my tight schedule, I need to leave hotel in early morning. Reception is really kind to give me early access for the breakfast even before they offical open 6:30.
The only plus point, was it was the only Hotel at proximity of the Fair, having available rooms. Further, that IBIS Hotel is next door offering a nicer breakfast.
