Exceptional location in a quiet residential area, a few steps from the RER B near the STADE de FRANCE, AEROPORT CDG, PARC DES EXPOSITIONS, OUTLET STORES, DISNEYLAND, PARC ASTERIX. PARIS is 30 minutes away. The concert halls such as the cicada, the zenith and the arena are about 30 minutes away by car. For motorcycle lovers, the circuit carole is 10 minutes. The apartment is located near the city center, so you can enjoy many restaurants and shops nearby as well as the bus station. The snow forest park is located a few minutes walk and the Canal de l'Ourcq which joins Paris, on foot or by bike

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Villepinte, close to all amenities, 10 minutes walk from the city center and the train station Vert galant. The forest park, a real green lung, 5 minutes for your walks and jogging. The canal de l'ourq which leads to Paris in 30 minutes by bike is also close to the apartment. A quality neighborhood cinema is also within walking distance. you can park for free in the street free parking, quiet residential area We can offer to park in our courtyard 300 meters from the apartment the station is about 10 minutes walk
