The biggest drawback was the car-parking situation, and the lack of forewarning of such. For the elderly and somewhat infirm it provided a big problem. An excellent range of restaurants many of which were with good to excellent food.

Overall the area is ideally suited for everyone, young or old. Lots of choice of restaurants. You can fish in the lake, you can surf (or learn to surf). There are also facilities for younger children, such as the fairground, crazy golf and a little train that runs every 30 mins and takes you around the edge of town to sections of the beach. Bicycles are easy to hire here too. Lots of concerts happening in the evenings. Everything is within walking distance.

Great position in center of vibrate small town. Excellent value for budget hotel. Great breakfast and good bar for drinks and Tapas type plates. Hard working couple front of house - they are probably husband and wife, but too hard working providing excellent service to find out as the bar is very popular with tourists and locals alike. Have an excellent market in the town on Saturday which is definitely worth a visit. Also runs on Monday I believe.
The owners were very welcoming and friendly and the hotel is very charming . We had a room on the first floor with a balcony with furniture and the room and bed were very comfortable and the shower was devine. We enjoyed some drinks in the bar and breakfast on the terrace We had trouble with our car and the owners were a great help. We would highly recommend La Côte d'Argent and hope to return sometime
Very clean. Lovely room with very thoughtful details. Nice new plumbing. There is air conditioning. Close to the ocean. There is a barbecue. Very tasty breakfast. The main soul of this hotel is its owner, a very caring, kind person, will always help!Thank u!!!
Typical architecture in a quiet area. Only 10
minutes walk from Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains centre.
The hosts were welcoming, friendly and chatty and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed.
