The hotel was a good value for the price, friendly staff, our room had a kitchenette and a bedroom, nice facilities (TV, balcony etc). The property has free parking on the territory, very convenient. The location allows to go to Geneve or to ski resorts within an hour. In summer it might also be a good place to go walking in the woods or something. However, the location is good only if you have a car, because otherwise everything is far away, including stores or places to eat.
The room is wonderful, clean and comfortable. There is a little kitchen with everything you need, which I did not know before I arrived. The receptionist was very nice and patient, gave me a lot advices for how to take bus, book shuttle and taxi. Also the price is very reasonable, compared to the hotel in the Swiss side.
The room was really neat, comfy bed and pillows and clean. Decoration was modern and surprisingly nice.
Would highly recommend for people wanting to visit Geneva due to a much attractive price than swiss hotels, however bear in mind that the hotel location is quite remote and difficult to reach if you do not have a car.
Getting recognized at the reception desk a year after your last visit is a really positive experience. There is not much else to say that I didn't write before. Good location, good breakfast, the hotel is part of an all-you-can eat sushi restaurant if you'd like to indulge, so that's definitely a plus.
With a price that was not dissimilar to Ibis hotels around the location, I expected a budget experience but I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at our room I noticed that the room was furnished more like an upscale hotel, with a very nice bathroom and padded walls around the bed/seats.
The hotel room is modern , clean and very lovely bathroom. Its family run and the staff is super polite. That to me makes the experience worthwhile. They have a restaurant called seazen. The buffet is so incredible , people come from far away to be there.
I can't forget Mr.Ervin and Sara for their warm welcome for us , they are extremely nice, helpful and professional , I like the hotel, every year I come to this nice hotel , but this year, there is big problem I will mention it in the negative points.
