Exotic experience we lived in a 200+ aged mill tower. It is well maintained by the old couples, they are very nicely and warm. Cooking equipment, comfort bed, well bathroom water, we climbed the wood and stone steps, slept in the top tower and waked up by the pigeon kicking the roof. It is an amazing stay.

The rooms provided basic amenities needed for business. I asked for iron and hairdresser and got it immediately. I requested for hot water, was instead provided a tea, ........going extra mile to surprise the customer. I liked the attitude to make the customer feel at ease.

We didn't have breakfast as we needed to depart early. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful with her recommendations for wine shop , restaurants and bars.
The room was large ,clean and comfortable. Parking good swell.

Very convenient location for exploring Chateaubriant by foot. Very clean, tidy and smart apartment. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette ergonomic which came with bread and jam supplied by the owner.
Soudan is a very small quiet village. La Marmoire is a fabulous place to stay just outside Soudan. There are plenty of places to visit within 1 hour by car and you may find that you just want to stay and relax around the pool and enjoy Rogers Pimms no 1 which is the best I have ever had. Eating Rogers food is also an amazing experience not to be missed.
