The staff was super Friendly and helfpfull, the dinner was very good, a mix between nouvelle quisine and traditional french, loved it. They had a great selection of local wines, we loved it.

A small wine village not far from Macon with a wonderful setting among the vineyards and below the impressive Roche du Solutré. This would be a great base for wine tasting in the area. Also of note is the museum of prehistory above the town. Our stay at the Courtille du Solutré (hotel/restaurant) is also worth note, having nice rooms and a wonderful dinner accompanied by local wines.

This is less of a hotel, more a restaurant with rooms. Charming and unpretentious. The rooms are simple yet have every facility you could need. We had a very pleasant and spacious room at the front with a lovely view of the village church. The restaurant is superb, best food of our trip, most attractive room and perfect professional service.
Nice location close to the highway in the middle of the vineyards you will find this nice hotel/restaurant. Friendly staff, nicely decorated, fantastic evening dinner on the terras. A great stop for 2 people and a dog on our way to South of France.
